Our aim was to remake King's Quest 1 with the same level of quality as
Sierra's remake of Quest for Glory 1. We believe that the enhanced gaming
experience for King's Quest fans has justified our months of hard work for no
pay or credit.
Remember this well from the original King's Quest? Daventry has never looked so good!

remake was released on August 7th, 2001. It was the first fan-made adventure
game remake ever released, and the first fan-made game to ever include a voice
pack! In all aspects, the King's Quest I VGA remake has broken
