I just needed to link to a few new FF extensions, so when I get home, I can install them on my home PC too.
Although, it would be smarter to use MozBackup, since you can take all your settings, bookmarks, and extensions with you and restore them on any computer. Hmmm. Still, someone might like to see these, so here I go...
StumbleUpon - I am new to StumbleUpon (like as of this moment). So, if you are using it let me know, I have no network at the moment!
FaceBook - I added a few of these. I am not a big user of Facebook (as I am not a student anymore), but I like to keep up with what is happening with a few people I know.
LinkedIn - Something new, some sort of Social Network for the Business world.
Scrapbook - "helps you to save Web pages and easily manage collections"
SmartLink - with a right-click, it lets you turn any text into a URL, helpful if someone has posted a web link that isn't hypertext. URL Link is another variation of this.
Clipmarks - "lets you save and share Web page content without having to bookmark the entire page. When you find something in a Web page that interests you—whether it’s a compelling paragraph, an interesting tidbit, or a cool image—you can clip and tag it." haven't tried it, but did install it.
Foxmarks Bookmark Synchronizer - via LifeHacker "use the Foxmarks extension to back up and sync your bookmarks to your own personal FTP server, whether it's with a hosted account or your own home server" I have not got it working with my FTP site, but if I do, it will rock!
Also worth a look. LifeHacker has some links on setting up a home server, in case you want to host your own blog or photo gallery.
