Well the local Marathon (at UCO) that I had hoped to be ready for has come and gone. I've spun my wheels on Week 4 for weeks and weeks, due to life and other commitments.
Still, it feels good to finally be moving ahead. Yes, Week 5 is officially here. This is the schedule I have ahead of me:
Day 1 - three 5 min. runs separated by 3 min walks
Day 2 - a 5 min run, and 8 min and another 5 min, separated by 3 min walks
Day 3 - One 25 min run
There are distances associated with each, which don't mean much to me (I don't track that), as I am more interested in the endurance-building aspect.
So, Week 5, so glad to finally be here! Let's run!
